Purpose of the processing of personal data:

Personal data are collected and used by Zanichelli to offer digital "loan" services and products.

Zanichelli comes into possession and processes personal data for the realization of its editorial activities, mainly of an educational nature, and for the management of the contractual relationship or the services requested.

The data processing in the educational field does not include any other purposes unrelated to school activities.

Your personal data may be processed for statistical purposes in aggregate form.
Third parties to whom personal data is disclosed: Zanichelli does not collect data for any other purpose and does not transfer the collected data to third parties for profit.
How to access, rectify and delete the personal data:

Contact privacy@zanichelli.it to access or delete personal data from PrestitoDigitale.

To modify the data provided by your university, contact your university's helpdesk.
Data retention Data retention allows for a better user experience in case of future use of PrestitoDigitale. Personal data is deleted upon user request or if a user does not access the service for 3 years.
